I'm a tutor who is currently based in St. Louis, Missouri, where I enjoy reading, writing poetry, and making jewelry when I'm not working with students. I recently graduated from the University of Missouri with my bachelor's degree in bioengineering with a biomedical concentration. As a tutor, I'm able to provide lessons in a wide variety of subjects, including math, English, science, and standardized test preparation. My background in math and science has give me the skills to analyze any problem and work towards a solution for it. I'm also passionate about helping students with English and with essay writing. As an undergraduate student, I tutored elementary and middle school students in one-on-one and in group study sessions. As a recent graduate, I know firsthand that struggles that can arise when you just can't understand a certain topic. That's why I'm so passionate about helping the students I work with. There's nothing quite like the feeling I get when I help my students finally have that breakthrough moment. My goal for all of my students is to become self-motivated, lifelong learners, in addition to finding success with the class or paper they came to me for help with.
